Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. Items must be in new condition, meaning they are in unused/unwashed condition and show no signs of wear.
If your item is noted as eligible for a return, a return can be requested within 30 days of your purchase being delivered/received. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@hausofnora.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please contact us and we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product.
Lighting
Once it has been installed, it cannot be returned.
Bedding
Must be returned unopened, unwashed, and in the original packaging and form.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Rugs
Variation and imperfection in weave, fiber size, color, and overall rug size (up to 2-3" in length and width) are normal characteristics and are not considered a manufacturing defect.

Descriptions of merchandise, including colors or shades, textures, and other feature are provided by the manufacturer; Haus of Nora LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a manufacturer-verified defect.
Measurements
Please ensure to measure properly prior to placing any orders. The customer takes full responsibility for final measurements and ensuring items fit the space. Orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery due to sizing issues are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Oversize Returns
If your item was marked as oversize, please contact info@hausofnora.com to arrange your return. Due to the size of these items, we are unable to issue ground return labels. Freight returns will be issued a refund less original shipping and handling charges in addition to a 15% restocking fee from the original, pre-discounted product price. Return requests will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery. Orders that are cancelled in transit or refused at delivery due to non-damage reasons (include but are not limited to size, color variation, etc.) are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
Please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery to file a damage claim. All items must be fully inspected by the customer and any damages or incorrect items must be noted.
